I feel the need to thank you and your company for the efficient, prompt, honest work to
rectify our leaking solar hot water tank. Michael was polite, knowledgable, efficient
and got the job done. After dealing with other major plumbers who basically left us
with no water for a week, then wanted to charge us 1/2 hr for 5 mins on the property
after not being able to give us a definite time or day when they would be back to fix
it. Florite plumbing stated when they would be out, then called the morning of to
confirm they were on their way, and that was within 24 working hours of the original
phone call.  We know who we'll be calling for any other plumbing needs that arise,
you've re-instated my beliefs that plumbers are actually honest/fair workers,
( a belief that was quickly diminishing with the recent exposure to other companies.)
Once again thanks for relieving the stressful situation at an honest price with prompt
efficient service.

Just a quick note to say say how hugely appreciative of the work done yesterday.
Very professional, precise and very accommodating, so thanks again.
At last we have some decent water flow out of our taps and shower rose after
your suggestion to replace all the old rusted galvanised water pipes under the
house and replace the old gas geezer with your recommended instantaneous gas
hot water unit. We'll definitely request your services next time the need arises.

I wish to thank you for the excellent service I received from your company last week.
I phoned Flo-Rite Plumbing early in the morning, regarding my 12 year old electric
hot water system that I knew was on the way out.  I was very impressed with the
man who answered the phone. He was thorough in his explanation and the suggestions
he was making with regard to a new hot water system for me.

He called at my residence the same morning, when we both realized he was the
Plumber, who installed my previous Rheem hot water system 12 years ago.  I wanted
to stay with Rheem, and update to a Rheem MPI-325 heatpump hot water unit, to
replace the existing electric hot water unit.

This was done the next day, the young plumber who did the job was very neat and
professional. I will have no hesitation in recommending or re using your plumbing
company in the future due to the expertise afforded me.

I was so grateful the plumber had brought me the Australian Government Solar Hot
Water Rebate Form all filled out to allow me to claim my government rebate.

Because I was impressed with the service I received I shall pass on the Rheem
brochure to my boyfriend’s father as he also has shown interest in installing a
solar heat pump hot water unit.

I received great knowledgeable friendly service.  All I did initially was look in
the Yellow Pages and contact Flo-Rite Plumbing. I had no need to ring a second
company as I was confident in the man who came and did the quote for me
reccomending the new energy efficient heat pump hot water unit that I had
dialled the right company.

professional and helpful; he was also sincere, very polite and respectful…commodities
which seemingly are in all too short a supply these days, particularly from the
